Entering into a Rent-to-Own contract requires commitment, follow-through, and discipline.  As you take your first steps towards home ownership, you will not be alone.   

How we will work together
We will customize a Rent-to-Own Program that will work within your income and financial goals.  This will consist of two agreements, a Residential Lease Agreement and a Purchase Contract.

The lease will stipulate your monthly rent and security deposits (if any).  The Purchase Contract is what locks in your sales price and the amount of your closing costs and down payment credits.  Since it is an "option" agreement, it means that you are under NO obligation to purchase the house, but it does obligate Rincon Ventures to sell the house to you at the predetermined price if you choose to exercise your option.  While we can't guarantee it for everyone, most of our clients will pay below the market value of their home when it is time to exercise their option!
