We realize it is not enough to put RTO tenants into great programs, there has to be follow-up evaluations, counseling, and continuing education which we provide at no cost in order to prepare our tenants for their future purchase. Our goal is two-fold: turn well-qualified tenants into home owners, and put together sound real estate investment opportunities.
The only thing required of an investor with Rincon Ventures is the ability to obtain the necessary financing. In addition to being a real estate company, we are a full service mortgage brokerage that will provide good faith estimates that should be shopped with other mortgage brokers.
